Hola! Hoy les quiero compartir este look del día, que usé en una de mis clases presenciales de fotografía, creo que en las pocas clases que tuve en este semestre quise aprovechar en usar outfits bonitos, ya que seamos honestos, la mayoría del tiempo en cuarentena, las sudaderas y los pants han sido mis mejores aliados.
Y bueno, desde el inicio de la pandemia mi opción de cubrebocas fue un paquete de cubrebocas negros porque "you can't never go wrong with black", especialmente si el 80% de tu ropa es de ese color hahaha. En este tiempo en cuarentena, tuvimos las clásicas limpiezas de primavera verano y otoño y justo en esas limpiezas de closets, encontré algunos tesoros en la ropa de mi mamá y mis hermanas mayores, los que me siguen desde hace tiempo saben que para mi la ropa vintage y retro son mi más, ya que, uno, le estamos dando un segundo uso a la ropa lo cual evita caer en el fast fashion y dos, son piezas únicas atemporales (no todas) que nadie más estará usando en ese momento y como siempre, es una suerte que la moda siempre regrese, como en este caso los 90's. Este vestido negro es justo de esa época y me encantó! Lo combiné con unas medias negras porque "otoño", aunque todavía no se sienta tanto el frio, y una de mis boinas de mi marca Caret.
Estas fotos fueron tomadas de hecho por uno de mis alumnos, y no es la primera vez que soy modelo de alumnos, en todas mis clases siempre me toca ser modelo alguna vez y ya saben, con gusto lo hago, nunca se le puede decir que no a un par de fotos para el Instagram. Y por último, algo totalmente cero que ver, las decoraciones navideñas han comenzado finalmente! este año ha sido duro para todo el mundo, pero creo que este último mes debemos intentar pensar un poco menos en la situación que sin duda nos ha causado demasiadas emociones e intentar pasar página al menos para pasar esta época igual en cuarentena pero en familia, porque si algo nos ha enseñado todo esto, es agradecer nuestra salud, cuidarnos más y agradecer tener a nuestra familia cerca.

During this time in quarantine, we had the classic spring, summer and autumn cleanings and just in those closet cleanings, I found some treasures in the clothes of my mother and my older sisters, those who have followed me for a long time know that for me vintage and retro clothes are hit, since...let me start: one, we are giving a second use to clothes which avoids falling into fast fashion and two, they are timeless unique pieces (not all) that no one else will be using at this time and it is fortunate that fashion always returns, as in this case the 90's. This black dress is just from that time and I loved it! I combined it with some black stockings because "autumn", although the cold still doesn't feel so much, and one of my berets from my brand Câret
These photos were actually taken by one of my students, and it isn't the first time that I'm a model for my students, in all my classes I always have to be a model sometime and you know, I gladly do it, you can never tell no to a couple of photos for Instagram.
And totally unrelated thing, the Christmas decoration are finally starting! This year has been hard for everyone, but I think this last month we should try to think a little less about the situation that has undoubtedly caused us too many emotions and try to turn the page at least to spend this time in quarantine but as a family, because if all this has taught us something, it is to be grateful for our health, take better care of ourselves and be grateful for having our family close.
