Hola! Por fin les traigo un post que me han pedido mucho, o al menos una pregunta muy frecuente que me hacen cuando ven mis fotos con lucecitas atrás, o cuando en mis talleres mis estudiantes quieren tener un fondo "borrosito" en sus fotos.
Esto es un poco diferente a lo que acostumbro a subir, pero siendo fotógrafa, creo que debería compartirles más tips para tener mejores fotos, aunque sean solo para instagram haha.
Lo primero que deben saber es que este fondo muy desenfocado que por cierto se ve muy lindo cuando hay luces de fondo, se le llama "Bokeh".
Y bueno, lo segundo es que si, necesitan una cámara reflex para hacer esto y un lente que tenga una gran apertura focal, es decir que llegue al menos a 2.8, 1.8, 1.4 o 1.2, no sé preocupen por que hay lentes de precios muy accesibles como el 50mm 1.8 que permite hacer este efecto y lograr que tus fotografías se vean así de geniales. Y claro, de preferencia tener un trípode.
Hello! Finally I'm sharing a post that you have asked me a lot, or at least a very common question that I do get when you see my photos with blurry lights in the back, or when in my workshops my students want to have a blurred background in their photos.
This is a little different than what I usually post, but being a photographer, I think I should share more tips for you to have better photos, even if they are only for instagram haha.
The first thing you should know is that this very unfocused background, which by the way looks very nice when there are background lights, is called "Bokeh".

Pueden comenzar practicando con un objeto como: una taza, un peluche o si ya se sienten con confianza con su mascota. Si todavía no dominas muy bien usar tu cámara en modo manual, puedes ponerla en "modo semimanual de Prioridad de Apertura" (en las Nikon es el modo “A”, en las Canon y alguna otra marca creo que es el modo “Av”.) esto te permitirá cambiar el valor de f/ a un valor como los que ya te mencioné (3.5, 3.2, 2.8, - 1.2)
Coloca tu cámara en un tripode para que tengas mejor estabilidad y tu foto no salga movida o borrosa.
Enseguida, es hora de colocar tu objeto entre la cámara y el fondo (fondo simple o fondo con luces si decidiste aprovechar las luces de Navidad), uno de los tips que siempre le enseño a mis alumnos es, entre más lejos esté el sujeto del fondo, más desenfocado o más "bokeh" tendrás en tu fotografía!

En el caso de mi foto con Bennet, si se dan cuenta el bokeh es diferente a comparación de las fotos donde sale Bennet solo, y esto es a lo que me refiero con la distancia entre el sujeto y el fondo. En nuestro retrato estábamos muy cerca del árbol de Navidad y por eso no sale tan desenfocado como las otras fotos.
In the case of my photo with Bennet, if you realize the bokeh is different compared to the photos where is only Bennet, and this is what I mean with the distance between the subject and the background. In our portrait we were very close to the Christmas tree and that's why it doesn't come out as out of focus as the other photos.
