Querido Julio, necesito un descanso! Empiezo así este post, por que de verdad siento que me estoy convirtiendo un poquito en "workaholic", y a pesar que agradezco todos los proyectos y trabajos que se me están ofreciendo en este momento, necesito desconectarme un ratito.
Hoy me di cuenta que no recuerdo la última vez que tomé una foto por gusto y no por algo de trabajo, y me acuerdo como encontraba tanta belleza o "paz" en tomar la fotografía de una linda flor, un gato, un paisaje, y de verdad necesito eso, necesito salir a tomar fotografías solo por gusto, dejar el trabajo a un lado y solo buscar inspiración.
Y creo que es algo que todos deberíamos hacer de vez en cuando, sea a lo que sea que se dediquen, buscar un tiempo para ustedes, para hacer algo que disfruten mucho y desconectarse por un rato del internet, de las redes y todo eso. Voy a intentar seguir mi propio consejo, y si pasa, se los haré saber en otro post!
Dear July, I need a break! I start this post with that phrase, because I really feel that I'm becoming a little bit into "workaholic", and although I appreciate all the projects and jobs that are giving me right now, I need to disconnect for a little while.
Today I realized that I don't remember the last time I took a photo for pleasure and not for some work, and I remember how I found so much beauty or "peace" in taking the photograph of a beautiful flower, a cat, a landscape, or whatever and I really need that, I need to go out to take pictures just for the sake of it, leave the work aside and just look for inspiration.
And I think it's something that we should all do from time to time, whatever it is that your job is, to find some time for you, to do something that you enjoy a lot and disconnect for a while from the internet, social media and all that. I will try to follow my own advice, and if it happens, I will let you know in another post!
Hablando un poquito del outfit del día, tengo 3 hermosos vestidos que Shein me mandó, este es uno de ellos, y me super encanta! De hecho, este lo usé en uno de los días de mi workshop, la tela es muy fresca, el vestido es de corte rectangular, así que se puede usar con o sin cinturón (no viene incluido), yo lo he usado de las dos maneras y de verdad creo que lo estaré usando mucho.
