Hola, hola! (siempre comienzo así pero no se de que otra manera "saludarlos" haha) El fin de semana pasado realmente no tenía ningún plan y me invitaron a viajar a Viesca, en el estado de Coahuila, Mx. por que en ese lugar se iba a realizar una festividad el viernes santo, y pues como no tenía nada que hacer ese día dije "por qué no?".
Hello Hello! (I always start the post like that but I don't know any other form to say hi to you haha) The last weekend I really had no plan at all and someone invited me to travel to Viesca, in the state of Coahuila, Mx. because in that place it was going to be a festival on Holy Friday, and I didn't had any plan that day so I said "why not?".
En Viesca, como segundo año consecutivo se llevó a cabo la "Procesión del Silencio", que para ser honesta no sabía nada al respecto, así que hice una pequeña investigación y encontré que era un evento en el cual se conmemora la pasión y muerte de cristo, y la virgen de la soledad y se llama así por que efectivamente, mientras todo esto sucede no se habla y el único sonido que se escucha es el de los tambores y el de los pasos de las personas sobre el asfalto.

El evento más importante en México es el que se realiza en San Luis Potosí, y de hecho es patrimonio cultural de ese estado. Y por lo que me han comentado, este acontecimiento también se realiza en España, en Sevilla para ser más precisa. The most important event of this in Mexico, is taking place in San Luis Potosi, and in fact is cultural heritage of the state.
