Hola, hola! Feliz lunes y feliz inicio de semana. Espero que su fin de semana haya sido muy agradable y que hayan disfrutado las vacaciones, algunas personas todavía tienen vacaciones y otras no, y existen algunas otras como yo, que trabajamos desde casa, y realmente no distinguimos entre vacaciones o días laborales.
El día de hoy les traigo un "Film Review" por primera vez! Y aunque no soy "critico de cine", si tengo una opinión que dar al respecto y se las quiero compartir. En el FICG31 (Festival Internacional de Cine de Guadalajara) tuve la oportunidad de no solo cubrir la rueda de prensa y la alfombra roja de la película de Mr. Pig, dirigida por Diego Luna, sino que de hecho también pude verla, así que si planean verla, si no la han visto, si no sabían si quiera de su existencia aquí les voy a compartir un pequeño review.
Hello Hello! Happy Monday and happy start of the week. I hope your weekend has been very nice and you enjoyed the holidays, some people still have vacation and others don't, and there are some others like me who work from home, and don't really distinguish between vacation or working days.
Today I have for you a Film Review for the first time! And although I'm not a film critic I do have an opinion about it and I want to share it with you. In the FICG edition 31 (The Guadalajara International Film Festival) I had the opportunity to not only cover the press conference and red carpet of the film "Mr. Pig", directed by Diego Luna, but in fact I also watched the movie as well, so if you plan to watch it, if you haven't yet, if you didn't know about its existence, here I will share a small review.
La película trata de un criador de cerdos (Danny Glover) que emprende un viaje a México junto con "Howie", un cerdo al que pretende vender, ya que está totalmente desesperado por conseguir dinero. Pero este viaje resulta ser toda una aventura y da un giro, cuando no logra completar la venta debido a las condiciones que le deparan a su querido cerdo y con las cuales está en total desacuerdo. Después de esta situación, su hija (Maya Rudolph) con quien no ha tenido una buena relación, se le une a una nueva hazaña y emprenden un viaje que tiene un final imprevisible.
The film is about a pig farmer (Danny Glover) who embarks on a trip to Mexico with "Howie" a pig who wants to sell, 'cause he is totally desperate for money. But this journey turns out to be an adventure and gives a twist when he failed to complete the sale because of the conditions that waited for his beloved pig and which he is in total disagreement. After this, his daughter (Maya Rudolph) who has not had a good relationship with him, joined to a new feat and embark on a journey that has an unpredictable end.

Esta cinta nos comparte unas hermosas postales de México, una característica que me ha encantado de la película, por que como mexicana me gusta que las personas de otros países puedan admirar la belleza que se encuentra en este país.
Otra particularidad que nos presenta es sobre las relaciones familiares, la relación en este caso, entre un padre y una hija o más bien la falta de relación, pero que al final uno siempre termina cediendo a pesar de las adversidades y problemas por que hay un amor incondicional.
Y otra cosa que me ha gustado es que, si eres amante de los animales como yo, a pesar de tener escenas un poco fuertes (o al menos para mi lo fueron) y que son totalmente una realidad, al final este personaje muestra un valor increíble y una preocupación por el bienestar de los animales.
This film shares a beautiful postcards of Mexico, a characteristic that I loved of the movie, because as mexican I like people from other countries can admire the beauty you can find in this country.
Another peculiarity of it, is the family relationships, the relationship in this case, between a father and a daughter or rather the lack of relationship, but in the end we always end up trusting again despite the adversities and problems because there is an unconditional love.
And another thing that I liked is that, if you're an animal lover like me, despite having a bit stronger (or at least for me were) scenes that are completely a reality, in the end this character shows an amazing value and a concern for the welfare of animals.

Así que, espero no haber "spoileado" mucho la película, traté de dar un breve review que no dijera mucho, solo unas cuantas características que me han gustado de la cinta y las fotos de la alfombra roja las compartiré en otra publicación, estoy pensando en hacer un post sobre mis looks favoritos o hacer solo una galería de todas las alfombras que fotografíe, la verdad todavía no sé, pero ya lo resolveré. So, I hope not to have spoiled a lot of the film, I tried to give a brief review that didn't say much, just a few features that I liked of the film and the photos from the red carpet so I'll share in another publication, I'm thinking to make a post about my favorite looks or make only a gallery of all the carpets together, I really still don't know, but I'll figure it out.
